Cetaphil Get Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream, and Cetaphil UVA/UVB Defense SPF 50 have been granted the Good Housekeeping Seal following evaluation by Good Housekeeping Research Institute.
"It is a fantastic accomplishment for the Cetaphil brand to be backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal and further demonstrates our commitment to providing consumers gentle skin care for all skin types and conditions," said Cindy Kee, senior product manager for Cetaphil products.
According to the company, Cetaphil Cleansers and Moisturizers are currently the number one dermatologist and pediatrician recommended brand of cleansers and moisturizers. Created in 1981 as a joint venture between Nestle and L'Oreal, Cetaphil producer Galderma is a fully-integrated specialty pharmaceutical company dedicated exclusively to the field of dermatology. The company has a presence in 65 countries with over 1000 sales representatives.
The Good Housekeeping Seal was introduced in 1909 as one of the first "tested and approved" emblems in the U.S.
